WWX 2023 FAQ — All FAQs All in One Place

Yes, the WWX 2023 website is fully optimised for mobile browsers. Just open wwx2023.net in Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Browser — Sports Betting, casino, deposits, and withdrawals all work seamlessly.

What Works Fully on Mobile Browser:

• Live Sports Betting & real-time score updates
• Live Casino (HD streaming available — a stable internet connection is required)
• Deposits & Withdrawals via bKash / Nagad / Rocket
• Bonus Center, Profile Updates & KYC Upload
• Live Chat Support

That said, the browser does have some limitations compared to the mobile app — you won't receive push notifications, and pages may take slightly longer to load. Installing the app is convenient for faster loading and viewing your balance offline, but it's not required.

WWX 2023 operates under an international gaming license. Here are some key points about the platform's credibility:

• International License: WWX 2023 holds a license from a recognized gaming commission. The license number and regulatory authority details are available in the footer of the website.
• SSL Encryption: 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption is used — bank-grade security. You'll see "https" and a padlock icon in the address bar.
• Segregated Funds: Members' deposited funds are kept separate from the company's operating funds. This ensures that even if any business issue arises, your money remains protected.
• Payment display history: WWX 2023 processes thousands of withdrawals every day — they are typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Clear Terms: All bonus terms, payment rules, and responsible gaming policies are clearly published on the site.

Before depositing on any online platform, always check the site's SSL certificate, verify the license information in the footer, and start with a small amount. If you're new to WWX 2023, make your first deposit and withdrawal to confirm the processing works for yourself.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a standard process to confirm your identity — it's done to keep your account secure. Once completed, you won't need to do it again.

Required Documents:

• ID document (any one of the following): National ID Card (NID) — both front and back; or the photo page of your passport; or your driving licence.
• Selfie: A clear selfie holding your NID — both your face and the NID must be fully visible.
• Proof of Address (if required): A utility bill (electricity or gas) dated within the last 3 months.

How to Deposit:

• Log in and go to Profile > "Verification" tab.
• Take a clear photo of your document and upload it (JPG or PNG, maximum 5 MB).
• Alternatively, you can complete verification by sending your documents through Live Chat.

Typically 12–24 hours Verification is completed within business hours — submitting during working hours speeds up the process. If images are unclear, you'll be asked to resubmit. Deposits and gaming continue without KYC — only large withdrawals are put on hold.

WWX 2023 is a great platform to start cricket betting — covering the BPL, IPL, Bangladesh national team matches, and almost all major series.

Easy Markets for Beginners:

• Match Winner: The simplest bet — just pick which team you think will win. Two options: Team A or Team B.
• Toss Winner: Which team wins the toss — the outcome is random, but it's a good market to start with.
• Total runs over/under: Whether the total runs in the match will go Over or Under a specified number.

How to Read Odds: Say Bangladesh's odds are 1.85 and India's are 2.10. That means a ৳100 bet returns ৳185 if Bangladesh wins (including your original ৳100), or ৳210 if India wins. The higher the odds, the bigger the underdog.

Live Betting: Odds change after every ball during a live match. They shift quickly when a wicket falls or a big shot is hit. Live Betting requires a bit more experience — start with pre-match betting first.

Entering WWX 2023 tournaments and leaderboard competitions is usually automatic — no separate registration needed.

How it works:

• Each tournament has its own terms — generally, placing bets on specific games or sports within a set period (7 days or 1 month) earns you points.
• Leaderboard rankings are determined by points accumulated.
• The top-ranked members by points win prizes.

How Points Are Calculated: Typically 1 point per ৳100 wagered. Some tournaments award bonus points based on your win rate. Points are not credited for cancelled bets.

Prize Distribution:

• Cash prizes are credited directly to your balance within 48–72 hours of the tournament ending.
• Free spins or bonus rewards: credited to your bonus balance; applicable turnover requirements must be met.
• Physical rewards (select tournaments): delivery is arranged through support.

To see active tournaments, log in and go to the "Rewards" or "Promotions" section. Make sure to read the terms and conditions for each tournament separately.

Forgetting your password is common — and the fix is straightforward. If you're not receiving the OTP, though, there are a few steps to work through.

Try This First — Automated Reset:

• On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link.
• Enter your registered mobile number. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to you.
• OTPs usually arrive within 1–3 minutes. If nothing comes through, wait 2 minutes and hit the "Resend" button.
• Set your new password using the OTP.

If you don't receive the OTP:

• Check your network connection — a weak signal can delay SMS delivery.
• Check your SMS block list — your phone's spam filter can sometimes intercept OTPs.
• Make sure your SIM is active by trying a call or sending an SMS.

If nothing works — contact support:

• Message us via Live Chat or at support@wwx2023.net.
• Provide the name, date of birth, and number submitted at registration.
• After verifying your identity, the support team will manually assist you with your password reset.
• This process typically completes within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
