We're not a large corporation making decisions from a distance. WWX 2023 started with a straightforward goal — to create a safe, transparent, and genuinely fun online gaming experience for people in Bangladesh. On this page, you'll find our story, our values, and the commitments we make to you.
Our Mission
Whether you're in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, or Barisal, WWX 2023 delivers the same quality of service, the same security, and the same level of attention — no matter where you are.
Our Story
In early 2023, a clear problem existed in Bangladesh's online gaming market. There were plenty of platforms, but very few built with Bangladeshi users in mind. Complicated payment processes, no Bengali-language support, and no option to bet on local sports — these three frustrations were a constant source of irritation for regular players.
WWX 2023 was built to fill that gap. From the very beginning, we made three things non-negotiable: bKash and Nagad payments, Bengali-language support, and betting on cricket and football — the sports Bangladeshis love most. Everything about WWX 2023 was built around those three pillars.
In our first month, we had just a few hundred members. Word spread quickly — because people saw that depositing via bKash meant your balance arrived within 5 minutes, and withdrawals landed the same day. At the time, that was something very few other platforms could offer.
WWX 2023 now has over 50,000 registered members. From Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet to Rajshahi, Mymensingh, and Barisal — players from all across Bangladesh are on our platform. This growth wasn't driven by advertising — it was built on trust.
One of WWX 2023's greatest strengths is that we never stop learning. Player feedback genuinely matters to us. When a member raises a complaint, we turn it into data and work to resolve it in the next update. That process is what makes WWX 2023 a little bit better every single day.

What Sets Us Apart
We believe in proof, not promises — here are six ways we genuinely stand apart.
Our entire payment system is built around how people in Bangladesh actually pay. Deposit and withdraw via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — no complications. Your balance arrives within 5 minutes of a deposit.
Our support team speaks Bengali. Whether you reach out via chat, email, or phone, you'll always get help in Bengali — no need to communicate in English or Hindi.
Your personal information and transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. All games are audited by independent third-party labs — results are completely random and fully verifiable.
Real-time betting on all major cricket events — Bangladesh national team matches, BPL, IPL, World Cup, and more. Football and Kabaddi are covered too.
New games added every Monday — the latest releases from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Hacksaw Gaming. Choose from 5,200+ titles.
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods — we built these tools ourselves because we believe in fostering healthy gaming habits.
Our Values
Every decision at WWX 2023 is grounded in these four core values.
Bonus terms, RTP percentages, payment timelines — everything is stated clearly. We don't believe in burying conditions in fine print.
When you win, you get paid — that's our most fundamental promise. In the entire history of WWX 2023, no verified winnings have ever been withheld.
Your data, your money, your identity — protecting all of it to the highest standard is our responsibility. We honour that commitment without compromise.
Gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not problems. Preventing underage access and providing tools to combat addiction are part of our social responsibility.
Learn More
Online gaming in Bangladesh is a growing industry. But most platforms in this space are built abroad, with little understanding of local realities. WWX 2023 aims to bridge that gap. We know that the average Bangladeshi player has a smartphone and a bKash account — but navigating English-only customer support or using a bank card isn't straightforward for everyone. We've respected that reality from day one.
Our technical team works around the clock to keep the platform running. Any technical issues are typically resolved within 30 minutes. Our uptime last year was 99.6% — an excellent figure for a platform of this kind.
When it comes to game selection, WWX 2023 prioritizes what Bangladeshi players actually enjoy. Pragmatic Play slots, Evolution Live Casino, Spribe's Aviator — these are popular in Bangladesh because we brought them here. We also offer South Asian card games like Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger.
Our payment policy is simple — getting your winnings quickly is your right. Standard withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day. Larger amounts may require additional verification, but never more than 48 hours. This policy is openly published.
WWX 2023 takes a clear stance on responsible gaming — we want people to play for fun, not out of compulsion. That's why no one under 18 can open an account, deposit limits are available to set, and anyone who needs help is referred to professional support organizations.
WWX 2023 is still growing. New features, new games, and new promotions are always on the way. But what will never change is our core promise — to treat every player in Bangladesh with honesty, transparency, and respect.
"I've been with WWX 2023 for two years. Not once did I worry about my money being held up. I've withdrawn many times — and every single time, I received it the same day."— Mohammad Roni, Chittagong
